We understand that insurance can be perplexing, and we will check your health benefits before you arrive, as a courtesy to determine whether there will be a copay, deductible, or coinsurance for treatment services.

We will be happy to file your insurance claim for you, however there is no guarantee that your insurance company will cover all of the charges. Patients are responsible for all non-covered charges and will be billed accordingly.
Patients are responsible for payment of co-pay at time of visit.
The following forms of payment are accepted at the time of service: PayPal, cash, MasterCard, or Visa.
Please note that we do have a cancellation policy and that by making an appointment with our office you are agreeing to abide by this policy:
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you and we understand that scheduling conflicts arise. If possible, please alert us 24 hours ahead of time if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Appointments can be changed by calling our office at: (910) 805.1111 or by using our online scheduling service, www.schedulicity.com. If your call is after hours, please leave your information with our answering service.
Please keep in mind that “no-shows” or last minute cancellations leave our provider with empty appointment times that could be used by other patients.
