Cancellations

Please note that we do have a cancellation policy and that by making an appointment with our office you are agreeing to abide by this policy. If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, we require a minimum of 24-hours notice. Please call the office at (910) 805-1111. If we don't answer, please leave your information on our answering service.

Please keep in mind that "no-shows" or last-minute cancellations leave our provider with empty appointment times as well as other clients who could not get in but could have made it. Because of this, clients who do not honor their appointments will be charged a cancellation fee as follows:

• More than 24 hours notice:Service will be cancelled at no charge
• Less than 24 hours notice:50% of the service price will be charged
• No-show or same-day cancellation:100% of the service price will be charged, or one of your series of treatments will be considered completed

Please understand that arriving late may limit the time available for your treatment, thus lessening its effectiveness. Your timely arrival is appreciated. We understand that emergencies happen, and we will try to take into consideration unusual or special circumstances on a case-by-case basis.
