APPOINTMENTS
To make an appointment, please call 910.805.1111.

INITIAL CONSULTATION AND EVALUTATION: Your initial consultation and evaluation is complimentary. During this initial visit, your Lumina Wellness physician will discuss all your options and design a specific treatment regimen based on your beauty enhancement goals and skin condition.

SCHEDULING SESSIONS: If, after your initial consultation, you would like to proceed with the recommended treatment regimen, you will need to provide us with payment in full at the time you schedule your treatment sessions.

ARRIVAL
We want you to feel calm and relaxed and enjoy our soothing environment. Please plan to arrive 15-20 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to give you time to change and not feel hurried with any pre-treatment preparations necessary. You are welcome to enjoy some refreshments in our lounge.

We reserve appointment blocks for each of our clients and each treatment session and treatment type has specific lengths for your safety and for optimal results. If you do come in late, please understand that we may charge you a late fee service charge, if you go over your scheduled time.

CANCELLATIONS
Please note that we do have a cancellation policy and that by making an appointment with our office you are agreeing to abide by this policy:

If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, we require a minimum of 24-hours notice. If you need to cancel your appointment please call the office at: (910) 805-1111. If we don’t answer please leave your information on our answering service.

Please keep in mind that “no-shows” or last minute cancellations leave our provider with empty appointment times as well as other guests that can not get in but could have made it.

Because of this, clients that do not honor their appointments will be charged a cancellation fee as follows:

  1. More than 24 hours notice: Service will be cancelled at no charge
  2. Less than 24 hours notice: 50% of the service price will be charged
  3. Failure to show without notice or same day cancellations: 100% of the service price will be charged or one of your series of treatments will be considered completed

Please understand that arriving late may limit the time available for your treatment, thus lessening its effectiveness and your pleasure.

Your timely arrival is appreciated.

We understand that emergencies happen, and we will try to take into consideration unusual or special circumstances, on a case-by-case basis.

ENJOYING OUR FACILITIES
Lumina Wellness is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or misplaced personal articles. We highly suggest leaving any jewelry and valuables at home. To maintain our soothing and peaceful environment, and for the comfort of our clients, please silence, and minimize the use of, your cell phones and beepers while in our premises.

Lumina Wellness is a NON-SMOKING facility.

PAYMENT
Lumina Wellness accepts VISA, MasterCard, American Express, cash, personal checks (with credit card guarantee), and gift certificates. Payment is due after your treatment regimen is designed and confirmed with us. The next step would be scheduling your sessions based on your treatment regimen.

We also offer Payment Plans for clients who meet the requirements and are eligible for financing. The following options are available:

  • Care Credit Patient Payment Plans
  • Capital One Healthcare Financing
  • Bank of America Financing

GRATUITY
Gratuities are at your discretion, and are always appreciated by our aestheticians, technicians, and staff. They always strive to make sure you are given personal attention and care, and your comfort and safety are their top priorities. Envelopes are available upon request from the Reception Desk.

Our medical staff cannot accept gratuities, but appreciate your loyalty, referrals, and recommendations.

REFUND/RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
Products: Unopened and unused item/s* may be returned within 30 days of purchase, with the sales receipt. You can exchange your returned item/s for other products or for a Lumina Wellness credit. No cash or credit card refunds.

Services: No refunds on services.

*Opened and used make-up and cosmetics, without exception, cannot be accepted as returns.

PRIVACY POLICY
Lumina Wellness values each client and their privacy. We respect your privacy and are committed to maintaining and using your information responsibly. Lumina Wellness never shares information with any third party companies. Our relationship with you is extremely important and we would never risk losing you as a friend and client.
